-          Oregano dried 1 tbsp
-          Thyme dried 1 tbsp
Tomato water ingredients:
-          Heirloom tomato 1 large piece chopped roughly
-          Parsley springs fresh as needed
-          Basil springs fresh as needed
-          Olive oil as needed
-          Pepper as needed
-          Salt as needed
Rice Pilaf ingredients:
-          Butter unsalted 2 tbsp
-          Yellow onion chopped ¾ cup
-          White rice, long grain, 1 cup
-          Chicken stock, low sodium, 7/4 cup
-          Salt ½ tsp
-          Green onion sliced thinly, 2 tbsp

-          Flour tortillas 8 pieces 6 ounce weight each
-          Lettuce shredded
-          Avocado sliced thinly
